You may cancel a ride before the driver arrives.
A cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already been dispatched or has arrived.
Users and drivers must behave respectfully and lawfully.
Harassment, abuse, or damage to vehicles may result in account suspension or legal action.
You must wear a seatbelt at all times and follow local laws.
U Tuk Ride is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including accidents, delays, or losses arising from the use of the app or services.
The Company is not responsible for disputes between drivers and users but may assist in resolution at its discretion.
