UTUK ("we","our","us") is a ride platform that connects riders with rickshaw and bike drivers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using UTUK, you agree to these practices.
We collect only what we need to operate UTUK safely and reliably, improve the experience, and meet legal obligations. We strive to keep this document human‑readable and transparent.
Name, phone number, email address
Profile photo (optional)
Drivers only: ID/license documents and a selfie for identity verification
Precise GPS location while the app is in use to match riders and drivers, navigate routes, and support safety features.
Device and app info (model, OS version, app version, language)
Crash logs, performance and usage analytics
Ride history (pickup/drop‑off, timestamps, distance)
We do not collect financial data. UTUK has no online payment or card processing.
Create and manage accounts
Enable riders and drivers to find each other and complete trips
Provide navigation, ETAs, safety checks, and service notifications
Improve functionality, performance, and reliability
Customer support, troubleshooting, and dispute resolution
Fraud prevention and safety investigations
Compliance with law and regulatory requests
Rider ↔ Driver: We share only what is needed to fulfill a ride (e.g., rider name & pickup location, driver name/vehicle info).
Service providers: Hosting, analytics, identity verification, and customer support—bound by contracts to use data only for our instructions and to protect it.
Legal & safety: If required by law or to protect life, safety, or rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not share it with third‑party marketers without your consent.
Access & update your profile information in the app.
Location controls: Change app permissions any time in your device settings.
Notifications: Turn off push notifications via device settings.
Deletion: Request account and data deletion by emailing Info@utuk.pk. We will honor valid requests unless we must retain certain data to meet legal or safety obligations.

No method is 100% secure, but we work continuously to strengthen our protections.
UTUK is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have information about a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If changes are material, we may also notify you in‑app.
